The RVCC Fall Retreat is on October 18-19, 2025.
Early Bird Registration for the Fall Retreat is due by September 18 (saves $10!). Regular registration will remain open September 19th-October 9th, 2025 at the full price.
Fall Retreat Scholarship Applications are due on September 12th, 2025.
NEW Choir T-Shirt for All Choirs!
The RVCC T-Shirt store will be open to order online from September 1st-15th, 2025.
Formal Costumes
B,B+, and C Choir Costume Fittings will take place before (or after) choir rehearsal on September 8th and September 15th at Bethel Baptist Church.
B & B+ Choir Costume fittings: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
C Choir Costume fittings: 6:00pm to 7:00pm

Music Books for All Choristers (to purchase on your own):
You keep these books and use them every year during your time in the RVCC Choir program.
*The Blast Off with Music Theory workbook is for our singers who don’t take piano lessons or another instrument that includes learning the basic music facts.

Registration for the Concert Choir Trip to the Denver, Colorado “Sing A Mile High” Choral Festival is due by Monday, September 15th, 2025.

Volunteer Background Checks
It is required that all parent volunteers who have direct contact with children in the choir complete a background check every 3 years. Background Check payments on Active Network are due by September 18th, 2025.
