Mondays 4:00-4:30pm
Ages 4-6
$85 for one semester
Registration is due by Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026.
Have more than one child who wants to sing? Additional siblings receive 20% off. Register two or more children at the same time to automatically receive this discount.
Parent Participation:
This class is for the Parent/Grandparent and Child to enjoy together! Please plan to have a Parent/Grandparent stay and sit with your Little Singer. You will participate in the class with your child by singing along, doing the actions, and being their buddy to help them learn the music throughout each class.
About the choir
This choir will focus on nurturing and developing each child’s love of music through song, movements, activities, games, and more! Your child will learn basic music theory facts, practice how to match pitch, learn about singing with choral vowel sounds, learn about keeping a steady rhythm, practice movements and actions to the music, and have so much FUN singing along!
We are very excited to be continuing our Little Singers Choir!
The Little Singers Choir with the Roanoke Valley Children's Choir is a fun way to introduce your child to the joy of music! The choir includes lots of fun singing, as well as movement, actions, activities, and games for our young singers! This choir for children ages 4-6 is on Mondays from 4:00-4:30 pm. We ask that a parent, grandparent, or caregiver stay and participate in the class with their child.
The choir is taught by RVCC Director, Ms. Davidson. This year, the Little Singers Choir will have a fun “Disney” theme, singing lots of fun and familiar Disney songs while learning all about music! The Little Singers will be performing a "Disney Mini Medley" at the RVCC 39th Annual Spring Concert on Saturday, April 25th, 2026. You can watch the video of our past performance of this song here.
The location of the Little Singers Choir rehearsals will be at Bethel Baptist Church - 1601 S Colorado St, Salem, VA 24153
